hi! I just got my iphone 5 from etisalat but i notice that it doesnt have any facetime on it.,what do i need to do? thank you

Facetime is banned by law in your country and has been permanently removed from all iPhones sold there. There is nothing you can do.

If you do not live in a country where FaceTime is prohibited you still will not find a FaceTime app on your iPhone. To initiate a FaceTime call go to your Contact, select the contact of the person you want to connect to and tap the FaceTime button in the lower part of the Contact.

Sorry. It won't work at all if the phone was purchased in UAE or KSA. It has been permanently removed from phones sold in those countries.
