Suddenly none of my devices are showing up in Itunes, 11.0.3 on my Mac running 10.8.3. They were working fine last week but now both Iphone 5 and my IPad will not sync via WiFi or even show up when connected via USB.

I am suddenly having the same issue - no devices appearing in iTunes. All my software is current, the USB port is fine, the cable is good, I've done all the restarts, etc. Nothing is working. The article referenced in the reply from judysings wasnt helpful at all. Any more suggestions?
After talking with two people at Apple, we solved this problem by downloading and reinstalling Itunes on my Mac. While this reinstallation was recommended on the Apple website for Window's machines, it was not mentioned for Macs.
Reinstallation was very easy. I just went to the Apple website and downloaded a fresh copy of Itunes. I installed it right over my corrputed copy without having to do a uninstall. All my settings, playlists and music showed up on the re-install with no issues.
