Q: lost my purchase history

I was just deleting my tv programs from my library and seem to have deleted them completely from iCloud too...

 

I have also tried going in to the iTunes store and viewing my purchase history but theyve all disappeared from there too..

 

Please help

    Hi SamBenj,

     

    Did you purchase the TV programs on your cmputer or on an iOS device?

    It sounds like the purchases are Hidden.  The article you referenced explains how to "Unhide" them:

     

    iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases

     

    To unhide your purchases

    1. Open iTunes on your computer. You can download the latest version of iTunes here.
    2. If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in. If you're signed in, skip to step 4.
    3. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
    4. Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
    5. Click on View Hidden Purchases from your Account Information page.
    6. Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
    7. Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.

    If you still cannot locate your tv programs after trying the steps above, contact the ITunes Store for additional help:

     

    How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase

     

    To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase, follow these steps:

    1. Find the email receipt for your purchase.
    2. Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
    3. When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
    4. Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
    5. From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
    6. Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
    7. Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.
