I have Epson V700 and I have just purchased Imac 2 days ago. I tried to install the scanner following the instruction published here but I didnt succeed. it says The application is no longer supported. What is going on? what can I do? it is a£400 scanner!
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from the Epson web site?

but it's just a basic scanner features, not Silver Fast for scanning negatives and slides
Maybe I am blind, but I didn't find any dowloads on your suggested page...
