How to open and convert XFDL

I have a few XFDL documents that I was unable to open, i downloaded PureEdge and I can now open them but with some glitches. But I was wondering is their a way that I can export or conert them to PDF after I edit them? or is their a way i can just use a PDF progrm?

When using PureEdge It doesnt give me this option like it would in pages. I have also tried to open it in adobe and it fails to open. when viewing the document I am unable to email or save in any other formats, their also is no FILE window, It does however give me the option to print and an old skool windows window pops up with only the option to print.
