How to transfer video song from computer to ipod touch

What type of computer / version of iTunes are you working with?

The article below explains how to transfer content using iTunes 11:

iTunes 11 for Mac: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad

You can manually sync music, movies, TV shows, podcasts, and iTunes U lessons. You can’t manually sync photos and info (contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and so on).

1. Connect your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to your computer and select your device.
2. Click the Summary button and select “Manually manage music and videos” (below Options).
3. Click the On This Device button.
4. Click Add To on the right side of the iTunes window.
5. Drag items from the left side of the iTunes window to the pane on the right. To add other types of content, choose a category from the Library pop-up menu.
6. Click Done.

Hey Guchman,

Thanks for the question. It may be possible that the movie is not compatible with your iPod classic.. The large file type leads me to believe it might be the HD version, which would not be compatible with your iPod. See the following article for more information:

To move music from computer to iPod is much eaiser once having the aid of iTunes, but if you want to transfer it from computer to iPod, I can't figure out an easier way than using a software. Here I strongly recommend the the third software iPod to Computer Transfer.

Transfer music from computer to iPhone/iPad/iPod:

1. Right-click on iTunes icon in system and choose preferemces

2. Leave the settings at defaults and click new

3. Enter the device name

4. Leave Synchronize pattern: set to iTunes

5. Click the Choose button and select the Music folder you created on your device

6. Finally, right-click on the iTunes icon in the system tray and select Synchronize devices to sync Music to your device.

I know this is very late but you can get a application called iExplorer on both Mac and PC and you can automatically sync all of your songs from your computer straight to iDevice.
