my iphone 4S keeps restarting and i can't open it , when i tried to restore it, it shows error 3194 even in DFU mood
i tried to modify the hosts file also but nothing happened
my version is 5.1.1 and i'm trying to restore at 6.1
is that the problem or what should i do ?

Tried all but still not solved
when i tried tinyumbrella and start TSS error 1601 appeared instead of 3194
Tiny umbrella is generally for jailbroken phones. Is yours jailbroken? If not, then I suggest you look at this support document regarding restore errors http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694
If it is jailbroken, then you cannot get any help here, it violates the TOS.
