I don't know why, but every few days, my 3G settings on my iphone are automatically deleted. Can somebody help me to fix this issue? Tkx !

What 3G settings are you referring to? Who is your carrier? Where are you located? Have you done anything to modify your phone in any way, such as jailbreaking?
Thanks for ur reply. Im in France, and my carrier is Orange. I'm referring to the 3g settings in 'Setting->General->Cellular->Cellular Data Network'. Those settings get automatically deleted every few days.
I've never jailbroken my iphone.
I suggest you contact your carrier. It is possible the carrier is pushing out a carrier profile that is changing things. You can first try a reset on your phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone reboots, see if you experience the same problem. If you do, I would check with the carrier.
In the US, most carriers send out a carrier file that takes care of all of the APN and other settings so the user does not even have access to them. You can ask Orange if that is what they do.
