Q: Bluetooth "Not Available"

My Bluetooth logo at the top bar indicates Bluetooth is "not available". According to the support page at Apple's website, it could be solved by turning the computer off, but after several times of restarting, it hasn't been fixed.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Hi tomas_93,

If Bluetooth is still showing as not available even after restarting your machine, you may need to reset the NVRAM and/or the SMC. You may find the following articles helpful:
