Jun 1, 2013 6:08 AM in response to Kmorgzby diesel vdub,Download what?
What blue notification box?
Honestly, if you want/need support it is best to be as specific and clear about the issue as possible.

Jun 8, 2013 1:12 PM in response to diesel vdubby Kmorgz,After I download the Find my Friend application, I log in, and a blue notification box appears, Saying, Connect to Itunes to use push notifications. Below that it reads Find Friends notications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. I click, Ok, and then it reappears. Over and Over and Over again. Until I have to reset my phone to get the notifcation box to stop popping up and delete the app from my phone. I've downloaded it and deleted it at least ten times. And restarted my phone several. Not sure why this error keeps occurring.

Jun 8, 2013 2:11 PM in response to Kmorgzby diesel vdub,At any point have you done as the message indicates and connected the device to a computer running iTunes and synced?

Jun 8, 2013 2:24 PM in response to diesel vdubby Kmorgz,No, I never connect my phone to a computer since its iPhone 5 everything updates wirelessly. But, the message says Connect to *use* Push Notification, do you HAVE to USE push notifications? Because a lot of apps that message appears, but you press Ok, and it dissapears. It's not saying Please Connect to Itunes to run this app? None of my friends have had to do that?

Just think of all the time that has been wasted because you have chosen to be stubborn.

Aug 12, 2013 3:56 PM in response to diesel vdubby LongLiveMac,Interesting response, I don't believe there is stubborness here... I would appear the Kmorgz did in-fact due exactly what the Pop-up Notification indicated, to "Connect to Itune to Use Push Notifications".....
I too, encountered this same behavior. I did a verification that I can, in-fact log into iTunes and access my account, and all assoicated data. The iPad is have no problems with any other applications "push notifications", except "Find My Friends". Deleting the app and reinstalling it, does NOT clear the problem. Again, all notifications are fully enabled and there is full functionality to iTunes / iCloud resources.
I went as far as to RESTORE the iPAD from a backup, and this did NOT clear the problem. My iPHone 5 and MBP are not having any problems with "Push Notifications" for any application, nor any problem with "Find My Friends". Only having problems on one of my iPads (IOS 6.1.3), my iPhone is at 6.1.4 and the MBP is at 10.8.4
All IOS / MAC OSX devices using the same appleId
There surely seems to be some type of data corruption, which is not being cleared by a RETORE / or iPAD reset.
Toggling the notification center for "Find My Friends" doesn't reset the undesired behavior
This problem, seems to effect the iMessage and FaceTime facility as well

Aug 12, 2013 4:01 PM in response to LongLiveMacby Kmorgz,I went to the store because this happened when i downloaded snap chat, find my friends and lu lu. In addition to the not connecting to imessage/face time. They didn't trouble shoot it instead gave me a new phone because the lock button was beginning to stick and less than a year old.. So remains a mystery. But all is well on new one!
