How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

Okay, here's the problem with those instructions;

iTunes wrote:

"Windows: Hold down the Control and B keys on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads."

Holding down the Control and B keys on your keyboard does not open the iTunes menu bar. Instead it opens up the favorites window on your computer. In the meantime, one of my downloads is constantly being interrupted (1105798725).
