Q: iTunes Match on my iPhone 4S no playlists

Just got a iPhone 4S and iTunes Match. I also have an iPad too. ITunes Match created playlist on my iPad but not on my iPhone. On the iPhone won't even allow me to create a playlist. Using iTunes 11.3.6 I believe and iOS 6.1.3
