Has anybody experience problems connecting to the apple tv using the remote app in an iphone 5? It was working fine but a couple of weeks ago stopped working. I have re-installed the app a couple of time with no luck. Any advice? Thanks!

I recently upgrade my iphone 4s to the iphone 5 and my apple tv remote worked fine on the 4s but sporadictly on the iphone 5. sometimes if i do a hard reboot apple tv remote works but its a pain. worked perfect on the 4s. did you find a resolution?
I have the same exact problem... and I must say I am severly disappointed with this as I lost my apple TV's physical remote therefore rendering my apple tv completely useless. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue seeing how multiple people are experiencing this issue?
