Hi -

Been trying to update & going nuts.

Have latest Itunes (i think), but getting "Ipad update server cannot be detected"

Tried taking off security/ firewalls, but no help.

Please help.

iPad, iOS 4.2, states 4.2.1 in settings

The following article addresses the cause a potential resolution of the error "iTunes could not contact the iPad software update server because you are not connected to the Internet. Make sure your Internet connection is active and try again.":
