Jun 1, 2013 4:07 PM in response to Kappyby jloc2013,Me lost too (to a certin extent)
In Users & Groups, I have only one account: mine, Luis Oliveros, Admin (no Little House) - no other account but Guest User (Reading only)
In Finder, I have Little House with the name Monicaoliveros, my daughter. It is understandable as the Home Directory continues being to her name (This I can see by right cliking in User Luis Oliveros, Advanced Options, Home Directory: Users/Monicaoliveros
As mentioned above, I fear that if I change the location of Users/MonicaOliveros to Users/LuisOliveroswithout changing the directory (cumbersome), I will have a big problem because the computer will not know where to go.
Difficult !!!

Jun 1, 2013 4:13 PM in response to jloc2013by Kappy,How did you create the folder, /Users/LuisOliveros/? From what you say you are still logged into your daughter's account. I think you may have tried changing the account name be renaming her account folder. Is that what you did?

Jun 1, 2013 4:23 PM in response to Kappyby jloc2013,Thanks very much for trying to find a solution. Frankly speaking I do no know anymore what I have done but I don't think so, I think I added the new user account (it is 01:22 here and I do not know what my name is anymore). My point is that for as long as my daughter's name appears in Home directory> Users/monicaoliveros, I wil no tbe able to change this Icon (Little House) followed by the name Monicaoliveros

Jun 1, 2013 4:31 PM in response to jloc2013by Kappy,Have you tried logging out of the account you are now using? Then if you see another account with your name, log into that account.

Jun 1, 2013 4:57 PM in response to Kappyby jloc2013,I did it, my same account came up, logged in and nothing has changed.
I appreciate your efforts but falling asleep. Let's continue tomorrow, although I am afraid that nothing short than reinstally the IOS X will solve the problem. If you can think of anything else, please post it, Iwill review tomorrow (in very few hours!!!). Good night

Jun 2, 2013 11:19 AM in response to Kappyby jloc2013,Any new ideas ? By the way, I did not change the name of my daughter in the users list, I deleted it and created mine. I am afraid the prblem will not be solved unless I change the name of the Home Directory: Users/Monicaoliveros and that means to do a migration of files to a new directory that would be the secondary directory, something messy that can end badly.
