Hello everybody i have a problem with my iphone 4s, the wifi is greyed out and wont work at all and has been this way for a while. but it has worked before when i still had 6.1.3 ios. i have tried restoring the iphone but it is still greyed out. Does somebody know a solution for this? 🙂

Then you have a hardware failure. Take it to an Apple store for diagnosis and replacement.
I just did as another post said and turned on Airplane Mode before switching the phone off.
Turn the phone back on and turned WIFI on which worked.
I then turned Airplane mode off and WIFI is still connected and working fine.
Your wireless antenna is blown. It's a known issue with the 4S and apple won't do anything about it if you are out of warranty. Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. They wanted me to spend another $200 for a replacement that will just end up having the same problem. Last time I spend money with CrApple.
The fix turning on airplane , turning off phone etc.... worked perfectly . Thank You!!
If the off airplane mode n on again step does not wrk, just hold your on/off button tgt w yr home button concurrently to do an software rest, then it should be ok after that.
you wont believe it use ice pack from freezer let iphone 4s sit on it Wi-Fi will start working in few minutes
