On safari when at youtube I can not rate videos with the "thumbs up thumbs down" because the thumbs are missing 😐 I just find this prob currently on safari.
All my software is up to date on the new Mac 13 inch retina display etc...

Same here. This was originally reported a few months ago, and I believe it's a bug in 10.8. I believe you can still rate them, but the thumbs icons are wonky. Or you can use Firefox, which does work with no problems.It's a bummer for sure, but in the bigger scope of things, rather trivial.
