Q: Help With Yahoo Messenger

I am trying to us Yahoo Messenger to talk to my friend in Ghana and we can see each other but can not hear each other. She has a PC with Web Cam and I use a Power Book G4 at home and a Mac Book Pro at work. What am I missing in the set up

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8), I also use a Mac Book Pro OS X 10.6

    At least one of you has a YM problem.

     

    Both of you should try calling at least one other YM user to determine whether either of you can make YM work correctly with anyone.

     

    Whoever (either or both) cannot successfully connect with anyone should seek help for this YM specific problem directly from Yahoo! Messenger Help.  They should best be able to help you make their product work properly with your systems.
