Ipod 5 cracked glass and digitizer?

So I had my keys in my pocket with my iPod when the screen cracked when I layed down on the driveway with my friends. When I took my iPod out of my pocket it was cracked. Mainly at the bottom next to the home but there are a few other long strands going across the iPod but when I press down a bit hard on the screen it keeps changing colors. Will this be fixed my just replacing the glass or do I need a new digitizer and glass? I really hope the problem is just the glass but I am not sure. The color changing with pressure or "water screen" as some people call it, stated right after I got the crack any repair men who can help me or people who REALLY know what they are doing?

The digitizer and screen are one bonded assembly.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.
