I have tried buying music_tv shows on my Itunes account. It keeps asking for my password even when i have done a reset. Help

You need password to buy the TV show.
As stated by Diavonex, you need to enter the password for your AppleID to complete the transaction. If you don't remember the password, you will need to reset it at iforgot.apple.com .
It's a security feature to keep the wrong people from making purchases on your account.
