Jun 2, 2013 12:42 AM in response to michelle from Cambsby ssschmidt,I haven't used iTunes match myself, but here are a couple of articles that may be helpful:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5637 iTunes Match on the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4054 iTunes Store: Troubleshooting iTunes Match.
If those aren't helpful, you could try AppleCare if you still have phone support remaining (90 days free unless you purchased the AppleCare protection plan.). They can also offer Pay Per Incident for $19.00 - Or you could make an appointment at your local Apple Retail store genius bar.
Best of luck.
