I rented HD movie from iTunes Stores and can not move it to iPod G7th. The message is "It can not be played in this iPod". Anybody know why? Should I download SD instead of HD or did I do something wrong? Thanks for your advice

Indeed, you will need to download SD rather than HD for your iPod.
iTunes: Sync purchased HD videos to iPod or iOS device
