How can I block a few numbers? Are there any apps out there that will do that?

Please Help. I tried Call Bliss and there program is down. They said in a few days. But I am not sure they are Repitable. I did set up Do not disturb but call come through. that are on my accept call list. I also stopped emails on my phone, too many Spams.
