5th Generation Video - do not disconnect

I plugged my Ipod video 5th Generation into my computer that has Itunes 11.0 and now it is stuck in the screen of do not disconnect. it doesn't respond to resetting and nothing changes when i eject it from the computer, plug it in and out and put it into a socket etc. Please help!
