Congratulations on your new iPhones! It sounds like your iTunes is freezing now after connecting these iPhones. I found article with steps to follow if iTunes is freezing, quitting, or having issues launching. I wasn't sure what version of Windows you were using, so I included both articles we have to address this issue. You can just click on the one that refers to the version of windows you are running:
