Problems installing iTunes

I get the following msgs when trying to install iTunes on a Win 7 64 with 2.8 Ghz CPU.


There is also the log file returning 1603

C:\Users\Vince\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP733.TMP\iTunes64.msi cannot be found. Verify you have access to this location.


Using single-platform PRODUCTCODE.


Product to install: {7FCDABCC-1A1E-4D61-909D-BA9495172774}
