Q: 2 problems appear

Hi, i've got appletv and I have 2 main problems with using it: (1) frequently my apple devices doesn't recognize it though it's turned on (2) when i mirror it with my mac and play movies i experience minore freezing of the movie (that resembles like the outcomes of low refresh rate)..
