Q: Why isn't my iPhone ringing when a call is coming in? Have I done something wrong in the settings?

Dumb question, why isn't my phone ringing when there is an in-coming call? Something I've done in the settings?

Have you checked the mute switch on the top left side?

I found on T-Mobile service if you are using the iphone over WiFi the Apple Watch will not notify in any way. Turning off WiFi on the iPhone (iPhone 6) resolves the problem.
