How to move photos from a folder onto the Camera Roll for printing?

I have a folder of photos that I imported to my iphone4, I want them in my Camera roll instead of in the folder so that I can get them printed. How can I do this?

All the digital printing places here will only link to the camera roll, not to the folders, for some reason.

Would appreciate any help with this, Thanks.😕
