Bootcamp Keyboard Layout Problem

Could someone please tell me how I configure Windows 8 to correctly use my Japanese Keyboard Layout? I have a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro Retina with a Japanese Keyboard. Here are some examples of how it doesn't work properly. The "@" sign is Shift + 2, the "Eisuu" 英数 button and the "Kana" かな　button do not do anything as far as I can see (They are supposed to switch the input from English to Japanese), among many other things. This is really hampering my ability to do word processing, so I would appreciate a quick response. Thanks!
