Q: Downloads won't, well, download.

I purchased the album but nothing is happening. Apparently auto-download was turned off at some point. It won't let me download by clicking the download button in the options menu, either. I know this computer is authorized because I've bought several albums on this computer. What on earth is the issue here?

iPod classic, Windows 7
