I have an iPhone 4S, but it is really glitchy, or more the hardware dosnt always work. I have a friend who will be selling his iPhone 5 this summer. But I want an ipad mini for school, and it is cheaper but, I want the iPad mini 2 whenever it comes out, when does it come out? So should I get an iPad mini or iPhone 5 this summer?

iPhone 5 has almost a better EVERYTHING than an iPad Mini, except screen size, and you can use it for eveything you can use a Mini for.
One is a phone, one is not.
They are not the same thing.
Not sure how it is a decisions between the two. If you want a phone then an iphone. if not, then an ipad.
