When i'm Using Cellular data network , there is no network activity on my phone , and i cant receive SMS or Call , after i turn off the cellular network , my network activity comes back , and my sms begin to be received , and i can receive calls too ,, how i can solve this problem ?!

What model iPhone do you have, because in the US models, the Verizon CDMA cannot do both cellular voice and data transfer simultaneously. The AT&T model can but not the Verizon iPhone 4.
My phone Model is : iPhone 4S .. Unlock Factory Global Version ,, and i'm using it in Iran for now ,

Try going to the recent apps by double clicking the home button, then touch and hold an app along the bottom of the screen until they all start to vibrate and a red circle with a minus sign appears on the corner of each. Tap each red circle to dismiss each app. Then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if that appears.

Not possible to place and receive calls when actively accessing the internet via GPRS or EDGE with a GSM phone.
In order to be able to place and receive calls while actively accessing the internet requires being connected to a 3G cellular network at minimum.
i mean why iOS doesn't suspend the net activity and place the call/SMS and after that resume the web actions again ?!
all OSes do this ! when u are using cellular data and a call/SMS comes , it suspends the acticity and PLACES the call !
Please list the GSM phones and OSes that do this when the phone is connected to GPRS or EDGE.
My friends Using Sony Xperia Models on Android Jelly Bean are benefitting from this feature !
They aren't when the phone is connected to GPRS or EDGE. Not supported with GPRS or EDGE.
