Lastest iPhone Updates:

iOS 2.2.1 (or iOS 3.1.3 if paid) - iPhone 1Gen

iOS 4.2.1 - iPhone 3G

iOS 6.1.3 - iPhone 3Gs or better

iOS 6.1.4 - iPhone 5
