It sounds like you want to share calendars with your husband. It sounds like your calendars are setup for sharing, but your husband may need to setup his sharing preferences on his iCloud calendars. I found an article with steps to share an iCloud calendar. I recommend following the steps under the section titled "Share a calendar privately" in the following article:
