Home sharing help please

I have home sharing turned on on my moms computer and on my ipad. Both loged on homesharing with my apple ID. I can look at her music from my ipad but on her computer there is no sign that it knows where my ipad is.. It says home sharing in the side bar but not the name of my ipad.

Sorry for bad spelling and such.. hope somebody can help me
