Mac OS X is telling you to replace the battery. First, reset the SMC > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

If it doesn't work, take the MacBook Air to an Apple Store or reseller to get a different battery. That upgrade has nothing to do with the battery issue

The battery issue was probably just a coincidence with the ML installation. That information says your battery needs to be serviced, the capacity of the battery is very, very low. Should be more like 4,000 mAh than 341 mAh.

You can try running the battery down to shutoff, do not force it to restart, then plug it in and recharge fully. See what the battery info looks like then, if it comes back at all.

More than likely you need to take the MBA to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs test the system. If you have an external hard drive, be sure to backup the system first.
