Quicktime comes installed in the OS of your Mac. Look in your Applications folder.

And inside your Utilities folder.

Is there a way to upgrade this version 10.2 of QuickTime Player to QuickTime Player Pro 7 or is there a QuickTime Pro 10.2 version?

It's not a matter of upgrading the QuickTime Player v. 10 that comes with all Macs. It's a separate purchase and download of QuickTime Player 7 and purchase of a Pro license.
