How many times should i charge my battery

The best thing to do for the longest bettery life is to either keep the iPad near full by charging it a lot, or if you need to run it on the battery, wait until it's nearly dead to charge it. That is what is recommended on most products.

If you are going to keep charging it I would recommend only letting it run down to 80% and charging it until 100%. If you are going to charge it only after the battery gets low I would recommend plugging it in at 0-5% and letting it charge to 100%.

Litihum ion batteries, they type you iPad has, shouldn't ever be run down to 0%.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.

Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. I charge my iPad mini with retina display everyday. I charge it when the percentage battery was 30-40% and I always charge it to 100%. Are there any problem when I charge my iPad to 100% everyday? Please help me because my iPad mini with retina display run down the percentage of battery quickly..

Charge it whenever you need to. Don't worry about it.

Sorry, but this is poor advice. A smart lithium battery will degrade most rapidly with deep discharge cycles. Since frequent partial charges and partial discharges will do no harm at all to a smart lithium battery there is no point, if avoidable, in running it down to rear fully discharged. If you are running it on the battery, then simply charge it at any point, whenever it is convenient to do so, and actually try as much as possible to avoid deep discharges altogether.

This applies to any lithium battery powered device that conforms to industry standard smart battery system specifications.
