Cannot import Facebook contacts

Hi,

I have suddenly lost all my Facebook contacts. I don't know when it actually happened. I noticed this today, but I remember that some time ago I didn't find one my Facebook friend in Contacts. That time I didn't pay much attention to that.

Now I can see that there is no Facebook contacts in my phonebook. I have read part of this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4776038 and looks like time after time some magic things happen with iPhone contacts.

The think is that now I'm not able to re-import contacts. I've uninstalled Facebook, installed again, restarted the phone, but Facebook contacts do not appear in the phonebook. I also tried installing one third-party tool which is like an enchanced version of the standard Apple 'Contacts' app and it works like a charm. But I want my standard 'Contacts' application work fine as well. Any solution?

I have iPhone 4S. Facebook 202949. iOS 6.1.3 (10B329).

Correction: I've lost not all my contacts. Just about 95%. When I uncheck all but 'All Facebook Contacts' in 'Groups', I can see about 20 contacts or something. In Facebook, I have 300+ friends.

Update: today the number of Facebook contacts in my phone suddenly increased. Yesterday I had about 30 contacts (300+ friends), today I have 109 contacts. What I have done is deleted some recently installed applications and once again allowed Viber to access my Facebook contacts (it asked for permissions because I have deleted the FB account from iPhone and re-entered the information yesterday).

And one more update.

I have just reset the phone to the factory settings. It didn't help. When I connect Facebook, iPhone Contacts App imports just some of my contacts (114 of 330). No idea about the reason. Could it happen because I recently used another SIM for some time?

Just in case, one 3rd party application (yet another clone of Contacts App) worked like a charm and performed the full import of my Facebook data, all 330 contacts and photos are there. But I still want the native application to do the same.

Ideas?
