iPhone not syncing with new computer?

I really need some help

My hard drive recently crashed so now I want to start a new Library with the same ID. I have selected authourize this computer and it says this computer is already authorized, I have used one of my available 5 including my previous one. It's the same computer but a different username on the computer start up menu. But when I click Apply in the music section of my iPhone, it still says I need to erase and sync. Can someone please help me with this? I don't want to lose everything again for the 2nd time in a month.

Would appreciate some assistance.
