Sep 2, 2013 12:11 PM in response to Cassie432by Lzrd52,I have a similar problem : Ipod Classic (late 2009) with OSX 10.4.11
I loaded a CD onto my Mac and set ipod to sync. App froze. After reset, restart, restore of ipod and restart of Mac I am left with an ipod that is wiped clean and WILL sync on my Toshiba laptop but that's not where my music is!
I am not able to update my Mac to update to the most current version of ITunes.
I am still trying to figure out why the PC laptop itunes syncs but not the Mac.
Please help me out
