Q: What does the dotted circle in front of the check in front of the song on your library list.  In particular, I have previously purchased ringtones from iTunes and they are changed every time my phone syncs.  How do I get them back?

    Let me guess, this arose after you were trying to synch with your device correct? Many reasons can cause this, but a common case is that the device has no more storage left to fit the greyed out items.

     

    Can you check how much you have used and free?
