I am planning to buy an iphone now. But since it is more than 7 months to the launch od iPhone 5, i doubt iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 will be launched very soon. Should i wait for some more time for the launch of next iPhone or go go for iPhone 5 ? Please suggest

Since we are not Apple here, we have no better way of knowing when the next, newest, iPhone will come out than you do. My advice - the grass is always greener.....and none of us are getting any younger. Why wait - there will always be something bigger and better unless you learn to enjoy what you have when you have it....

Hard to say without knowing your needs, budget, etc. I recently bought a used 4s, which does everything I need. It seemed worth the extra money over the 4 for the improved camera and CPU. The added expense of a 5 didn't make sense for me.
We have no idea what is being planned by Apple, but WWDC is next week and that event is usually accompanied by new product announcements. You might be served by waiting till then to make your decision.
But as others have said, you can wait till the next great thing comes out, but by doing so you are not able to use what is available now. Is the wait worth the not having in the mean time? Only you can make that decision.
Honestly save yourself the cash and buy the iPhone 4. You can probably get a 32gb iPhone 4 for the same as an 8gb iPhone 5, and I personally prefer the shape of the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5
No one on here knows when Apple will release a new product, or what that product will be or its features. If you need a new phone and the iPhone 5 fits your needs, no reason to wait for another product. Those who wait for the next release because they think it will be so much better end up never getting what they want.
