I have one 4S iphone, the problem is that imei nember is not showing up in the phone.
I restarted the phone, then it says activation problem and when i press the "i" button, IMEI number is not shown.
I still have the box of my iPhone. Is there is any a way to re-enter the number or any other way to fix it up??
Please suggest me.

No you cannot enter the IMEI number yourself.
Your IMEI number is in Settings > General > About > IMEI.
Is your iPhone hacked or jailbroken by any chance?
A missing IMEI is almost always caused by attempts to hack or jailbreak the phone. Whether you did so or not, though is not relevant at this stage.
A missing IMEI can not be fixed. The phone will have to be replaced.
Is any hardware modification can solve the problem?

The only "hardware modification" that can solve the problem is replacing the phone.
