My ipad usually appears frozen n unresponsive

my ipad usually appears frozen and unresponsive. After reseting, it becomes normal but just lasts for 10-15 minutes used, then appears frozen again. I have to restore it twice, but it doesn't fix that problem. what happened with my ipad n what can I do?
