I cannot see the None button for when i create a new apple id. i dont have a credit or debit card

Can some one please help me out here.

i have a new apple id and i want to download apps to my ipod.

when i goto find and download an app from the store i have to check my agreement and put in a credit or debit card details

I have follwed the guide that apple have put up on the website,

and clicking on creating an account on a computer

it shows there should be a non button but i cant see it when i go there on my computer!

how can i finish this registration without registering a card?

i dont get this hassle when i signed up on android!
