Q: What do the cloud symbols on itunes mean?

Loads of my songs have a grey cloud with an arrow pointing south next to them, and it won't let me play them play them. What does this mean? How can I play the songs?

This page, http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12306 says :

Cloud with an arrow pointing down
The song is stored in iCloud and available to be downloaded to your computer.

Is your computer currently online ? If it is then you should be able to download it and then be able to play it.
