Error while trying to access itunes

I am not able to access my itunes store. Every time I click on the link, I receive an error saying "We could not complete your request. An unexpected error has occurred (0x800092013). Anyone know how I can fix this and get to my itunes store?

That won't help.

Start off with...

If you're still unsuccessful ...

And maybe...

The point is, any AppleCare Advisor is going to tell you that it's a Windows problem (which it is). The best that Apple can do is create a case that their engineers can look at. That would be the only reason to contact AppleCare, and they can't fix it (literally, can't).

By the way: I have yet to find a surefire solution to this that doesn't involve completely reinstalling Windows (as this appears to be a certificate error having to do with Windows Firewall (which can't be circumvented for some reason)).
