Q: my iphone 5 does not have FaceTime in settings

my iphone 5 does not have FaceTime in settings, i have restored it using iTunes but still no success, I am using it in Pakistan on Ufone carrier, please help

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

FaceTime is not available on phones sold in or bound for certain countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, where it is prohibited by law.

it was purchased in Bahrain but now i have restored it in Pakistan so i think it must not be an issue, is it?

Yes it is ,FaceTime will never work on that iPhone ....end of
